グノキッズカーニバル♪

Hello everyone!

みなさん、こんにちは！

Last Friday and Saturday, we had a big Carnival at all four GnoKids schools and it was so much fun! Thank you to everyone that joined us for the event. All of us teachers and staff had a fantastic time, and we hope that you did too!

先週の金曜日と土曜日に、グノキッズ全校で大きなカーニバルが開催され、とても盛り上がりました！ご来校くださった皆様、ありがとうございました。おかげさまで、講師・スタッフ共に、全員とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。みなさんも同じように楽しんでいただけたなら嬉しいです!

It was lots of fun to get for the teachers to dress up for the Carnival! It felt like Halloween in March! We had a jester, a cowboy, and lots of teachers with crazy hair! Whose costume do you like the best?

カーニバルの仮装はとっても楽しかったです！まるで3月にハロウィーンをしているような気分でした！ピエロやカウボーイ、カラフルな髪形をした先生など、バラエティに富んだコスチュームに身を包んだ講師がたくさんいました！みなさんはどのコスチュームが一番好きでしたか？

We kicked off the carnival with face painting and a fun photo booth. At the face painting booth, students got to choose from several designs. They all seemed really excited to get their faces or hands painted! At the photo booth, students could dress up and take a photo with the GnoKids puppets!

カーニバルはフェイスペインティングとフォトブースから始まりました。フェイスペインティングのブースでは、みなさんに好きなデザインを選んでもらいました。手や顔にペイントしてもらって、お子さんたちはとても嬉しそうでした！フォトブースでは、ドレスアップをしてグノキッズのパペットたちと一緒に写真をとりました！

Next, we had some super fun carnival games! We played Chuck a Duck, Ring Toss, Darts, and Golf! Students could win lots of cool prizes. In the Ring Toss game, students could win some candy and snacks, too!

次に、とっても盛り上がるカーニバルゲームをしました！Chuck a Duckというゲームをしたり、輪投げをしたり、ダーツやゴルフもしました！みなさんはたくさんの素敵な景品をもらっていましたね。輪投げでは、キャンディーやスナックもゲットしていました！

On Friday, we made a craft all together, and on Saturday, we had an interactive story reading and performance of the book, “A Shark in the Park.”

金曜日にはクラフトをおこない、土曜日には、対話式のストーリーの本、“A Shark in the Park”の読み聞かせも行いました。

We also had a big raffle at each school! Students won cool prizes, such as English books for kids and cool English toys and puzzles that were shipped in from America!

それぞれの校舎でくじ引きもやりました！アメリカから取り寄せた子供用の英語の本や玩具、パズルなどの素敵な景品をゲットしたお子さんもいました！
